We each have our own life stories and experiences, but we are united by a common vision, values, and goals.
Our goal is to provide an environment in which every student has the opportunity to learn in the most suitable and effective way for them. To achieve this, our task is to promote accessibility in every aspect of school life. In our understanding, an accessible environment is much more than comfortable premises and understandable teaching materials. It is made up of the knowledge and attitude of the staff, the identification and provision of individual needs of students, cooperation with parents and the desire to improve. Academic growth, in our opinion, is unthinkable without emotional support, therefore the priority of our staff will be to build a close connection with students, based on respect and empathy, so that each student feels safe and heard.
